1. On your device, press the button that resembles a sheet of paper. This is the menu button.
2. Scroll to menu item 9 ‘Network’ and press the check mark button.
3. Look at the line called ‘IP Address’. Write this address down.
4. Go to a computer on the same local network as the phone and open a web browser.
5. Point it to the address you wrote down in step 2
6. Click ‘Admin Login’ in the upper-right corner.

7. After the page refreshes, click ‘Advanced.’
8. Click the ‘Phone’ tab.
9. Adjust the 'Line Key Settings' as follows
• Change the "Extension" to "Disabled"
• Enter a Short Name, this name appears as the text next to the button on the phone.
• Change "Share Call Appearance" to "shared"
• In the "Extended Function" field, you must enter line
fnc=sd+blf;sub=1001@$PROXY;nme=John Doe;vid=1
(substitute ONLY the extension number and Contact name shown above in red)
10. Click "Submit"
11. Reboot the phone
