In the App store search for the Bria app. It is made by Counterpath Corporation and the full title is Bria - VoIP SIP Phone with Video and Messaging.
Whenever you add a new account the first screen you will see is the Select VoIP Provider screen. Here you will select "SIP - Making Calls" at the top of the screen.
Choose whatever account name and display name as you wish.
Enter your username, password, and domain.
Enable this account when you would like to use Bria.
