Exporting a Public Calendar From Exchange to Google Group Calendar

You can move events from an Exchange public calendar to the Group Calendar in Google Apps. This is done by following the instructions below.

  1. Go to the calendar and change the view to Catagories.
  2. Create a new .PST file. This will create a new folder. In that folder create a new calendar folder
  3. Go back to the calendar, select all the events you want moved over, then drag them to the new calendar you just made.
  4. Export this calendar to a .CSV file, then import into the Group Calendar in the Google Apps profile.
