If you are having a slow issues when acessing the Egnyte Mapped Drive then the following can help speed up the access. 1. Start > Run > Type services.msc and hit Enter > Look for Webclient service > Change Startup type to Automatic if it is Manual > Click Apply and OK. 2. Start > Run > inetcpl.cpl > Internet Properties > Connections > LAN Settings > Under Automatic configuration > Uncheck Automatically detect settings > Click on OK > Click on Apply and OK. 3. Disconnect and reconnect the drive manually by referring to the below KB article. 4. If still not working, please restart the system and reconnect the drive manually.
