How to Change time to display list of Operating Systems in Windows Boot Manager in Windows Vista?
If you have multiple operating systems installed on your system then you must have seen that the Windows Boot Manager or the startup black screen shows you that list for a certain period of time (few seconds or minutes) so that you can choose the OS to load from.
You can Change time to display list of Operating Systems in the following manner:
1) Open Control Panel (Classic View) and double click the System icon

2) In the System window click the link Advanced system settings

3) In the System Properties window click the Settings button under the Startup and Recovery section

4) Type the time in seconds in the Time to display list of operating systems textbox as highlighted below

5) Click OK button
Note: If you will uncheck the option Time to display list of operating systems then you will not be able to see the Windows Boot Manager and the Default operating system will be loaded without any time delay.
