SIP PORT: If you need to change ports change this number
Proxy: <SIP DOMAIN> (NO PORT #)
Out Bound Proxy: <OUT BOUND PROXY> (Include Port #)
Use Outbound Proxy: YES
User ID = < USER NAME >
Use Auth ID: YES
Password: <same>
Auth ID: <same>
